Hi,
I received an email from CIC as follow:
".....This refers to the application you submitted to sponsor your spouse, common-law partner or conjugal partner and the associated application for a permanent resident visa.
Please note your application has been rejected for the following reason:
Civil Status Documents
The following civil status documents have not been included or do not meet the
requirements for processing:
Marriage certificate (note that a record of solemnization or marriage license are NOT
acceptable)
If you are not in possession of your original documents, or cannot provide a document
that is required, you must provide a detailed letter of explanation......"
It says that I have to re-submit the application. Does that mean a new application with new fee or just I can upload the document what was missing in my application package and submit again.
Your valuable suggestion will be appreciated.
Thanks
