Application rejected and returned advise

Hello All,

Please provide some advise on a delicate situation, my application to sponsor my spouse was sadly rejected and returned today due to a missing document in my application submission over 2 months ago - Now my question is do I only just update that missing document in the PR portal OR along with that I will need to update all forms with new signatures dated for today and new bank statements as the prior submission was over 2 months ago? Please advise.

If it was returned to you as opposed to them asking for more info then it is a new app and should be treated as one with latest forms and documentation. Old forms might be ok but it's better to be safe.

You will need to redo any forms that have been revised (updated) by IRCC since the day your original application was received.
