does everyone who post the date their application is received means you send it with tracking reference? Or is their a way CIC notifies you when it is receive and later gives you AOR? In other words, there’s no one sending their application through regular mail if everyone has AR in their timeline?

AOR doesn't arrive for months.

You should not be sending it through regular mail.

You usually receive AOR about 50-60 days after your application is received and they advise you then when it was received.

I agree with the above post, I would NOT send it by regular mail. You should send it by courier or priority mail within Canada (Canada Postal system) or some courier service from outside Canada, like FedEx, UPS, etc. With these services you get a tracking number and can check online to see when it arrived. If there is a problem you can contact the courier about it.
