i need your help. i applied under Provincial nominee program and updates are like this

application received by office : April 2011
medical done : October 2011
File transferred to Seattle : May 2012

Since May there is no news. I checked my status online still it says "medical received" .

I want to put an inquiry in seattle office.

IS IT THE USUAL TIME TAKEN BY THIS OFFICE.

DO YOU HAVE THE FORMAT OF LETTER FOR PUTTING AN INQUIRY.

Congratulations for getting your passport back! You emailed them to ask for status after your file transferred to LA,right? did you email Buffalo or LA? After you emailed them, within how many days they reply you back?

Lol I didn get it back yet buh thanks and yes, I emailed LA and they responded back the very next day that my file is in que for review.. This was around may 20th and I got ppr in june!!

Did you order GCMS notes? And what is your application status shown in Ecas?

i'm just new in this forum, i just want to inquire what does GCMS stands for? how can i avail this? My husband's application for permanent residency was received, May 26, 2011. And our medical done, November 2011, until now his status in eCAS is "application received + medical results have been received.". ( It's so kinda frustating that his other co-workers who applied much later than him are now Permanent Residents). I'm praying that our PPR will be send soon....

If I were I wud email them right away!! No harm in emailing bud as ur already done with the no contact period of 90 days and you cn mention that it been over 3 months since u got transferred!! Good luck

Yes I have ordered them and should be receiving them soon.

ECAS still shows Application received + Medical results have been received.

Same here. I got my GCMS notes twice. They are all the same. My case have been untouched since Oct 2011.

I have emailed the Ottawa VO to inquire my case. They didn't know my case status. The wait is unbearable and is getting harder everyday.

Hi guys, I am new here.

Here is my timeline

4/14/2011 sent file to Buffalo,
in august, Buffalo confirmed that they received my file
in Nov, rec'd med request,
in Dec , sent my med file,
In Jan.2012, showing rec'd med,
on March 13.2012, my file was transferred to seattle, and since then I have not received my updates or email

I email seattle three times, and they never replied my emails.

I want to email the office again, but I am afraid they are not going to reply my email again. Please advise anyone.

July 17, Seattle officer called me at my work place. I was not in office, so the officer left me v.m.
The officer said that they have received all my files and they are processing my file. She also said that I should expect letter in next two months.
That's new! After 3 emails, they finally called me....

Today 4:38pm I got my PPR.....
The good thing is there is only the copy of my Passport needed.
I need not send the original passport.

YES!!!! Another one from Seattle. Congrats dude. Hope we all get ours asap. At least it's proof, that they are still working.

Congratulations Sim! BTW, when did your status change to "We started processing your application"?
My application is filed on early April,2011 and I checked my status yesterday found a one-line update "We started processing your application on July 2, 2012". Do you know how long usually one needs to wait after they started processing? Thanks!
