Hi,
I reveived an update today, my application cancelled due to some missing file in my education.

My question is: Is My score still kept and the ITA? or do i need to wait for another pool?

From the letter:

"Your application is rejected for being incomplete.
Specifically, your application does not include the following elements:
- Education Credentials:

As we are rejecting your application, IRCC will refund the fees that you have paid. This includes a refund of the processing fee and the Right of Permanent Residence Fee, if you have already paid this fee.
Job Seeker account
Since your application is rejected, you are no longer a candidate for Express Entry and your Express Entry profile number is no longer valid.

If you registered for the Government of Canada’s Job Bank, you should deactivate or remove your Job Seeker profile from the Job Bank website. You should also remove any references that you are a candidate for Express Entry from any private job board websites, if you used any.
New Express Entry profile

If you still want to come to Canada as a skilled immigrant, you must submit a new Express Entry profile through your MyCIC account. If you choose to submit a new Express Entry profile, you must make sure your documents are valid on:
- the date you submit your new Express Entry profile,
- the date you submit your application for permanent residence, if you are invited to apply.

The information you submitted as part of your original Express Entry profile will remain in your MyCIC account for 60 calendar days from the date of this letter. This information can be used to submit a new Express Entry profile.
If you submit a new Express Entry profile, you will get a new profile number. You will also get directions on how to register for Job Bank with this new number

I attached all my diplomas, now they want ECA,
All of my diplomas from a foreign country.

I didn't see in the application something like ECA..they never asked for it

Under the Federal Skilled Worker program applicants that are applying as a specialist physician (NOC 3111) must provide an ECA from the Medical Council of Canada (MCC) for their primary medical diploma, along with proof of foreign education credentials. An ECA from the MCC was not included with your electronic application. Applications submitted without these mandatory documents cannot be considered complete."

Do i need to register again and to wait for the draw?

Hi,

Same thing happened to me because I didn't upload my traffic history correctly. Unfortunately it means you have to start from scratch creating a new express entry profile. You will be able to view your cancelled application for 60 days so you can get all the info out of it in order to make your new application. It's a big pain, but I found was much quicker the second time around. You then have to wait to get another Invitation to Apply (ITA) when the future rounds are drawn. Luckily for me I had a high CRS and received my ITA in the following round.

Sorry for your rejection buddy. You need to create a fresh Express Entry profile including job bank registration. But before that you need to short out education document issues which caused the rejection.
If possible, pls explain what did you attach for education, so we can help better.

When did you apply and how long did it take?
You have to attach ECA from WES or several program, even if you have degrees from USA or anywhere except Canada.

You have to have your qualifications certified in Canada. For example I have a Bachelors Degree in Information Technology for the Queensland University of Technology. The ECA is the process to have my degree recognized in Canada. On the CIC website they tell you which organisations you can use. I went through WES. So now my degree has been recognized in Canada and is valid for 5 years. I had to apply to my University for my Academic Transcripts and copy of my degree and you can either have them send it directly to WES or send it yourself.

zshavit was instructed to get the ECA from MCC, not WES as he is applying with a physician NOC code. He cannot use WES.

zshavit, how did you get your Express Entry profile active if you did not have an ECA? Or you qualified for CEC but you got the ITA for FSW (hence they were looking for the ECA)?

I didnt ask from the mmc- Medical Council of Canada (MCC) to provides Educational Credential Assessments (ECAs) for Immigration.

I'm working as a specialist physician for 1.5 years in canada.

So my score was all wrong, i guess

Now i need to get my ECA from the mmc,

Can i submit my EE while i'm waiting to get my ECA ?
