application package sent back no reason given yet!

Hi , I applied for FSWP in sep 2014 and after almost 4 months of waiting when I did not receive any update, I decided to email them but no response twice. now it is almost 5 and a half months .Then some how I managed my sister to get authorize in Canada and call cic on my behalf. and that is when we found that my application was returned on november 25. However they did not tell her the reason saying an email will be sent to you with all the details, haven't received any email till date though. also they said that there is no tracking number that can help me to locate my package as it has my IELTS original and other important docs.
Please can anyone suggest me what I should do?

Really feel bad seeing the kind of treatment these CIC people are vetting out to such important applications. It is very well clear by now that these third party consultants deciding upon our nomination is the biggest mistake. So it is high time to pull such irresponsible organisation to the court soon.

Very sad to hear this, really this is weird attitude by CIC. They should show some professional approach, they must send package by courier with tracking no. If they are shortage of funds then free to put burden on applicant, they must remember importance of such documents.
