I am a student Applying for a PGDM course in Canada, Toronto. However, I have my brother in Law staying in Canada. If I show my brother in law settled there along with their own property and if my accommodation cost and other cost will be taken care by them, is there a chance of my visa being rejected? Will the immigration officer think that I have plans to settle down there and reject my VISA? What if I show that my husband is settled in India with a stable job and I have family responsibilities back in India?
