I am from Brazil, applied to the express entry at the beginning of April, and received the ITA one week later. I was able to upload all the documents and submit them by the end of May. Today I received the update that the application was denied/canceled because it was incomplete. They stated that "The Police certificate from Brazil that you provided with your application is not acceptable". I am aware that the PCC may be denied if it was generated by the state police, which is not my case since I generated it from the federal police website. The document that I uploaded is the same one that my cousin used, and she got her application accepted. It is literally the same document, so I have no clue what is wrong with it. How should I proceed? Is there any chance I can talk to someone and get my application reviewed? Or should I just enter the pool again?
