Application Hong Kong OWP

At this moment I enter canada by Student Permit, However, I have application Hong Kong OWP and still waiting for about 6 months, But I have not received get CNCC . Can i go to Point Roberts to apply for OWP

Yes, i already applied about 6 months.

Perhaps your visa hasn't expired that's why it is taking time. I submitted my application at the end of last month and still have not heard back from then. I know previously they approved some OWP with a month or two but this is causing me anxiety as well.

I was application about 6 months , also have not heard back.
My student permit end of next month.
