Application from Sydney Approved

Hi all,

Firstly to let you all know my app to Sydney has been approved a few days ago and took one day under 2 months.

Is it easier if I just pay the second fee to my application to Buffalo now? Am I correct in saying the fee for FSW has now gone up to 550 CAD this?
