Application form (IMM 1294) - Help needed

hey, im currently filling Application form (IMM 1294) and currently stuck on page 3, question 4. Cost of my studies will be ? they asked for tuition fee...so do i have to just type in the first year's fee as stated by my university in study permit details mail ?

2nd Question: funds available for my stay.. what to write in this box. the closing balance of the bank statement of my sponsor ?

-You need to write 'Your One Year Tuition'
-next to it, 'One Year Cost of Living' in living cost block
-and next to it, you can write other expenses i.e ticket fare from your home country to Canada and some other miscellaneous charges in other amount block.
