Application for PR under PNP

Hi Guys,

I sent my documents to CIC in April and when i check the application status, it always says as below.

"We received your application for permanent residence on April 26, 2013"

Does it mean they are processing or its still in queue? My impression was that applications under PNP are processed faster.
