Application for PR submitted on Aug 10th2018.No update yet

Dear Friends,

I had submitted my application on IRCC website on Aug10th. I had submitted documents including medicals except my wife's x-ray as she is pregnant right now. Rest all documents including Letter of explanation about my wife's pregnancy have been uploaded to CIC. I haven't received any update on my application in my profile till date.
Is this something to worry about or is this something normal. Getting little anxious here to see no update from them.Has anyone experienced the same in the recent past.

It is perfectly normal not to hear from CIC upto 90 working days after submitting your application. No worries, you will get your AOR in due course.

There is no need to worry, you can again post a query to IRCC regarding the same.

So, i did receive my AOR. But post that i don't have any message or info on whats happening with my application.
Should i be concerned about it??
