Q.9. Adult main form. I will provide a signed copy of the Online Physical Presence Calculator.

The online physical presence calculator does not have any place to sign and date when I print it. Does anyone else face this issue?
Yes, i face the same thing. I assume we may have to sign anywhere on form then as there is no specific location on form.

Anyone else can confirm ?

Thank you very much for your detailed reply Rakamalmohanram

I would be most most grateful if you could help me with this question.

I was trying to finish my citiznehsip application today and I was surprised with this puzzling issue:

When i'm filling my physical calculator it ask me to enter the date i'm going to sign the application . So when i enter the date as 21st May 2021 the eligibility period in the calculator shows as as 21th May 2016 - 20th May 2021.

But when I Copy the "to date " from the calculator which is the (20th of May 2021) into the Citizenship application it shows the eligibility period as 20th May 2016 - 20th May 2021!!!!!!!

There is a one day difference between the two eligibility periods!!

Calculator is showing 21st of May 2016 - 20th May 2021 vs Application showing 20th May 2016- 20th May 2021

could you please explain if I'm doing something wrong? i'm really going crazy trying to figure this out. There must be something worong

thank you
Hello brother,

I sent you a DM as well.

Let me know:

1- which two documents you are supplying for identification? I didn't get much info on this what people usually submit for this.

2- are you sending a paper application or online application?

Hi Rizwan , I was really laughing when i saw your message. We are always asking at the same time in this forum since we started thinking to apply to canada ;) . i'm actually using the passport and driver license for identification . Yes i'm sending a paper application. but i'm actually not signing the physical calculator as many on the forum confirmed there is no need to do that anymore. I wish you all the best

Hello Frnds,

I am applying for citizenship (family application). When it comes to minor, is it required that date in application form and physical presence calculator to be same? Because the application form does not allow to select a old date to match the phy presence calculator date. It is throwing an error while validation.

Hi Rizwan,

Nice to see you I sent the immigration application at the same time you did now again we are in the same time frame.

1. My driving Licence and Health card copy.

2. I am using a paper-based application (applying for a minor with an application and no online option).

But now it's better to apply paper base as January 2021 applicants are waiting for AOR. More than 90% of people are online for the last 6 months and the online backlog while the paper backlog is ended.

No need to sign the Physical Presence Calculator I found it on the application guide.

You don’t have to sign or date your physical presence calculation (your printout of the Online Physical Presence Calculator or form CIT 0407).

You can send on either address.

If you wanna send by regular mail then use first one, if you wanna use canada post express, then send on second address of courier one. If you want to use ups, fedex, pirolator or any other courier even then use courier address from above.

I hope this clarifes your question.

Hi everyone,
I am stuck at Question 5) Have you ever used any other name?
I never have any other name than the name mentioned in my traveling and other documents.
So, Should I leave this table unattended? There is no option to select 'No' for this question.
