Hi guys,
I am applying for a Visa this month since I already have my LMO but I am a little bit confused about the forms needed for Visa Application.
The forms needed are Application for Work Permit, Work Permit Information Form and Family Information, ito lang po ba lahat nang forms that I have to submit? or Do I still have to include Application for A Temporary Resident Visa?
Also, what other supporting documents needed aside from Employment Certificates, TOR, Diploma, NBI? Since I am married, Do I still have to include our Marriage Contract?
