My PR card was lost and it would have expired on 11/28/2018. I have fallen short of the required 730 days requirement and was issued with an RC-1 Permanent Resident Travel Document (PRTD) when I applied for one in order to return to Canada without my PR card.
Should I apply for a new PR card as soon as I get back to Canada next week or should I wait until I have fulfilled my 730 days (Feb 2019)?
