Application Fee Refund - By London VO or CIO, Sydney-NS

Hello Friends,

Has anybody received the application fee refund? If yes, is it by cheque or electronic transfer? Also, is it from London VO (or any other office) or from CIO, Sydney NS.

London VO has sent me a Refund Form along with the rejection letter. But on the form, it is mentioned that "Payments made at the time of the application to the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, Nova Scotia, will be refunded directly by that office in due course. You should expect to receive a cheque from them in 8 to 12 weeks.".

Already 8 weeks passed by i did not receive any refund yet.

Please help and advise.

Hi,

Even I am in the same boat as yours, waiting for refund fore more than 8 weeks. My initial application was sent to Sydney along with the fees, so I assume we dont have to fill in any application and that the sydney office will send us a cheque within 8 weeks.
Whats your status? Did you receive your cheque?
