Application Delivered to Lahey Citizenship & Immigration

I was checking to whom my application was handed over cause it passed almost 3 months with no feedback ,and i discovered that the Application was Delivered to Lahey Citizenship & Immigration?

Is this the correct address or not?

"Lahey" must be the person who signed and received the documents at CIC, Citizen and Immigration Canada.
