Application date vs submit

My applicatuon submitted on march 2023
But on gc key it says submitted
August 2025 and recived march 2023

Is it because i connect my application on that day?

It is an error or what?
Also everything done except secuirty but it says we reviewing your elegivility which from gcms notes it is finished.
