Mine did the same thing when my prcoess was coming to an end. I was contacted the next day. It simply means that they are working on yoir file.

My timeline was very short.

App received: March 2017 (inland)
Sch A request :April 4
Med Request :July 19
SA: October 13
File tranafer Etobicoke: Oct 4
Call to pay RPRF ($490.00): October 17 and paid it same day
Landed: October 19, 2017.

Yes it did say that. They contacted me 2 weeks after the file was transferred. What office was it transferred to?

Its up to the local office to decide if they need more info from you, interview or anything else. Its a possibility that they are completing your app. Just wait for them to contact you.
