application categories gone missing . any help?

after receiving ITA , i started uploading the required documents . Yesterday when i checked my application to upload employment records i found that the birth certificate and medical exam sections for my children has gone missing. Any ideas on why this is ??

Go back to the application for dependents and you'll see they have included a new field you need to answer. Press check for completeness and it will highlight. Once saved and updated the fields will reappear for dependents.

We all faced it, something to do with recent maintenance.
