Application Caps - When do they get logged?

Hi,

I'm starting to get slightly worried about the caps, and i was hoping someone could tell me at what stage an application was logged against the caps?

In short this is how my application process has gone:

Initial application received by CIO on 10th July, and returned to me early October, due to missing a document out. all docs were stamped with the 10th july date when returned.

I re sent it, and it was received on the 27th of Oct.

will my application now be logged as part of the NOC cap, or does it get logged at payment or PER?

Your application will be treated as an October 27th application. It will be counted once it has been logged again.

Does this mean that my application will be included in the application cap from the 27th?

Your application will be counted as part of the cap once CIC starts opening and processing applications from October 27th.
