application cap status page has been moved by CIC from the original link. is there any other link where we can find information on current application cap status?

As such there is no information regarding old system in CIC website now. You will have to refer the global SS for information (even though it will not give an accurate figure)

I believe that the "Express Entry" cleanup has removed all of the cap related pages as they are now irrelevant. If you have already applied under the old system, it can't change anything and you can't apply any longer, so the information is of no benefit.

exactly my question - infact they should keep the page up till last applicant of FSW program is reflected in the table.

That page was intended to guide potential applicants on whether is was still possible to apply. As there will be no future applicants, it's served it's purpose and is no longer required.

Os it possible that CIC will no longer process applicants who were not charged before december 31, 2014?

From the express entry FAQ page on the cic website:
7. What will happen to permanent residence applications you receive before the launch of Express Entry?

Applications received by CIC before the launch of Express Entry will be processed according to the rules in place at that time.
