Hello,
I had received the request to complete PCC and Biometrics for my mother-in-law on 27th January and the letter mentioned to complete those two by 30 days. Bionetrics was done in one week and the request for PCC was submitted on 3rd Feb. However, my mother has still not received any update on that. The call center mentioned the PCC might take 2/3 weeks more.
We were facing technical difficulties for the MyCIC account to update IRCC as the account had been revoked for the last few weeks. As a last resort, I submitted a web form today explaining the scenario along with the email confirmation of the Police Certificate from the Indian government. My mother-in-law is in her 60s and is doing all the follow-ups on her own, which takes time.
I am now feeling anxious as it seems they will cancel the application. What are the chances ? Any remedies?
