Applicatio of TRV

Hi,

I got my BOWP, now i want to apply for TRV.
After filling the questionnaire, i am getting IMM5257E form to fill (which they say filling thr form outside canada) and for my wife they are saying to fil IMM5708E Visa form ?
Is this correct

Congrats! Is this is your first BOWP or Second BOWP.
I am planning to apply for second BOWP and need to know if anybody recieved second BOWP while CEC in process.

First BOWP, Did you apply TRV after your first BOWP

i need to do the same. i dont knw y its saying outside canada. i read somewhere it doesnt really matter but dont want to take the chance since i m travelling nxt month, im jst sending my application this week by paper application, its jst an extra week nyws. i couldnt find a way to do the TRV within canada application

also someone mentioned to me on this forum that if u do online n by the time they request passport it another week or 2 so its better to do paper basically
