We are applying for Canada PR as my wife primary applicant. We created the EOI and we get 340 points . How can we get more points. Really worried. Is it arrange a job really works in Express Entry or we have to wait till points came down. Please help.

my friend applied last year with same qualification as me , same
work experience etc and got 450 points !!!!!! Also he got the immigration
recently as well !!! I really dont know why i got such low score . Can anyone
help me ??? How can i increase my score and is it true that one can get a
job letter or something to get ITA ?? How and where can i apply for jobs
and PNP ?????

^ try retaking IELTS. This one matters a lot. Unless you also have the same scores with your friend...

Is it compulsory to do that job? Can't we find a better job after landing in Canada or work as self employed?

For certain PNP programs which have the eligibility criterion of having a job offer in the province, Yes. That job need not be LMIA supported.

Do you guys have any clue which province will accept a score of 350 (without job offer) ?

unfortunately, none. Provinces have different requirements for nomination. Most of them doesn't care about your CRS points. OINP needs at least 400 CRS points to be qualified though. It is not open now until November this year. Job offer is not also compulsory in some provinces. Check it out.

Hi Betty,

I have already created my profile in CIC and in the pool from past one month. my CRS points are also in 300-350 range. PNP is the only way as you have mentioned..

just wanted to know if i have to apply PNP seperately or while creating express entry we check the provinces to express their interest. please let us know how we can apply for PNP for every province.

you nee to let us know the details, with below 400 - it was not possible to immigrate directly via express entry. Only via PNP such as SINP or NSNP or any other which he/she would qualify.

Hi Mate, it will be very difficult to get an invite with 342 current score hangs in the range of 480-550.
