I have applied for IT Business analysis operations course which is of 2 years for september 2016 session at Conestoga College. I have applied for visa at chandigarh office. Will you all please guide me about the visa chances.

12th : 55%
Btech in IT: 65% (2008-2012)
Experience: working as Software Testing Engineer from 1st august 2012 and still working
Ielts: 6.5 overall not less than 6.0
Medical: Done
Fees: Paid of 1 year
GIC: Paid
SOP: Completed
ITR Forms: attached
Pay Slips: Provided for last 4 months

College:Got acceptance letter from college.
IELTS :6.5

College Fees: Pending.
GIC : Pending
Visa: Pending

Currently working as UX Designer for 1.5 years.
Last day to pay the fees is next month.

Need help in how to make payment for college fees.
