What is your timeline? Where I can see it?

I still don't have enough posts to get timeline below my nickname
I'm still not sure about abbreviations used so maybe I misunderstood something. Wrote already my timeline but here it is:
NOC: 0113
App received: 20.10.2014
Fee paid: 23.12.2014.
Mail with app number: 20.01.2015.

On ECAS I see first line with app received...

My cousin sent application the same day as we, they got fee payment notice beginning of January, maybe 6.1.2015. but still no email with application number.

Since I served during war 1999, most likely I will have to send as well.
Good thing is I have not participated in combat, although I served regular army at the time.

I wonder if you could share with us email structure that you got just to be aware what should be done in order to prepare mine upfront (translation, etc...)

Also I have two of it:
original that I thought I have lost
new one which has been issued as a replacement

I guess it would be best to translate both of it and send in order to avoid misunderstandings.
What do you think my friends?

i think that there is no reason to send both. since you got the second one as a replacement for the one you thought does not exist anymore, i would suggest to send the latest one, since it is the most recent. that's my opinion.

a complete certified copy of your spouse's military book (Vojna Knjizica) with certified translation of the complete book into either English or French

Unless originals are required, you are encouraged to scan and forward us the documents by email to vienn-visa @ international.gc.ca. Please ensure that attached documents are no bigger than 5 MB. Should you be unable to provide the requested documents by email or should originals be required, please send them by mail at the address identified below.

Please note that these documents must be provided to us within 60 days of the date on this letter. All documents not in English or French must be accompanied by a certified English or French translation.

NOTICE TO APPLICANTS

Once the requested documents are received, your file will be returned to the processing queue. Please note that failure to provide the above requested information and/or documentation within the established deadline will result in the assessment of your case on the basis of the incomplete information on your file, which may lead to the refusal of your application."

I, also, think that you should go with the duplicate since it is assumed that the first one doesn't exist anymore.
They forgot to mobilize my husband during '99, but he was in the regular army from the end of '91 untill the beginning of '93 (stationed in BG all the time, fortunatelly) and mobilised during '95 and '96 for several months each in hometown.
I think that they asked for this document just by looking at his year of birth.
All this time I thought that the delay of our application is due to this issue, but now I realize that they are just abot to start processing it. So.............
