Congratulations Bozance, it is always good thing when someone gets a positive response from VO.
I have contacted them regarding my application and they told me that it is in process, which means that they are checking validity of provided documents. I am not concerned because all the documents are in order and I believe that next week I will also receive medical request.
Regarding what happens prior to medical I believe that they are going through our experience and they request any additional documentation if they need.
I am not sure what happens after medical, what is the rest of the process, maybe someone else can explain that to us. Also, I saw in the spreadsheet that some people got PPR two weeks after their medical was received by VO. Did you guys also get a request to pay for the visa fee or it was just medical?

So you did not get RPRF? Other VO are issuing RPRF together with medical request and if everything is ok with medical they are receiving PPRs. Just wondering what is the timeline and procedure of Vienna office.

In which way did you contact VO - by mail or something else? I've sent them two e-mails, one in January to inform them about new passport and last week to ask if I can take POF from the bank and transfer them to another one. The first mail was through csi on their web site and the other one I sent directly to e-mail address. I've never received any answer, only automatically generated messages that my mail was received and not to contact them for a month.

I have contact them through mail on their web site also. I have received automated answer first and couple of days latter I have received message from them stating that my application is transferred to Vienna office and it is in process.

what do you mean by a newborn? my baby is 7 months old right now, and i'm expecting MR within next two months (or a month).. does it apply to my baby too? will they tell us that in the MR email if we need to bring it along?

I made a reservation for next week and i have a 3 months old baby, but they didn't ask for a pediatrician doc.
They said the pdf forms we received from Vienna, 2 pictures for each member of the family, passports, and (i don't know the exact expresion but you'll understand what I mean), health card/book or whatever.

No, not so far. Can you please share your timeline?

No, we haven't received MR yet, hoping to after the interview.
Regarding the timeline:
- Doc. Sent Jan. 2014
- AOR received 07.02.2014
- additional doc requested March 2014
- interview invitation February 2015 for March 2015
