Question: You "bought" from DHL "one way ticket" for your passports to Vienna, who will (and how) send the pasports back to your home address? (Who's cost is that? Shall VO pay for it?)

yes I send with Dhl with one way ticket, and Vienna will send me back with regular mail and they will pay for that

Since we are talking about very delicate thing (passports) that can change you entire future, what guarantees you have that that package will not get lost on the way to your home address? Personally I think you should take a small credit if you have to and go to Wienn in person to pick up the documents. They are too important for your future and you should exclude every possibility for docs to get lost (forinstance in mail).

P.s. Something similar happened to me 2nd time when I send my FSW app to Nova Scotia-tracking report still says item in the bag ... so do not let the fate gambles with your future-what will/can you do if passports are lost in a mail??? Think about it.
