I used same shipping option as you did, UPS to Vienna and snail mail as return.
I am just curious if this snail mail they send has been placed in your post box phisically or you had received only that small letter that you need to go to post to pick up some shipment.

Reason I ask is because it will not fit in my postal box while I will not be at home next 10 days so wonder what will happen to it if I am not at home and it can not fit into postal box it self.

Hi All
So finally pinging the Vienna VO worked and we got the MR request today. After waiting for like 3/4 months, I decided to send them a reminder to get the current status and today they sent the MR.

Lesson learnt: If you are waiting for too long then better ask them. Apparently, in my case, they only looked into my case once they looked into the system after seeing my email.

Anyway, lets see how it goes further.

Postman left pick up notice in our mailbox but bumped into my husband on his way out and gave him the envelope (it states both our names on the envelope). So, if no-one's home your postman should leave pick up notice. Envelope is not big, about A5 format. It contains passports, COPR for each person with the photo, and general information letter.
Hope you get passports back as soon as we did

Dear participants of this forum, I congratulate to you all who received MR recently and hope that does not mean you will leave this forum (otherwise to whom could I make complaints about/cry about not yet receiving my MR request yet? Since date of my application is 15.12. I presume I am last applicant in 2014 ?)

Also I would like to thank you all on unreserved support you showed in last months on achieving our common goal. Does anyone of you participate in other topics of this forum (for example Finnding work in Canada)?

The most important thing is that you received MR and you done it... after a long wait-time I think MR is a turning point of the application, afterwards, you only have so little to pass to the final finish line!

You have 30 days to send it and they won't keep it in their office longer then 7 days (that's in the mail)
