Well, I have seen that they are dealing with more other things but our applications and that doesn't make me less anxious : anyway did anyone had arranged passport pick up and got mail from vo that passports are ready for that?

You will receive an email from VO to inform you that your passports are ready to be picked up. Then you should contact your courier and give them your file number which is necessary for them to collect the package. Once they pick up the package they will give you the tracking number. The package should contain COPRs and passports and... lots of happines

Well, you never know Actually, we have all seen that they process application at an even slower rate than currently.
It's been 3 months since our PER and still nothing. I will give them another month and then I can start panicking

Now please remind me should I send original of translated/certifed copy or should I scan it all and send via email, or maybe it's best to do both?
Medical results shall be sent by doctor directly I assume.

I did, but this is only related to medical.
It says you should bring UCI number with you, any medical documentation you have, passport and that's about it.

just a notice, if any of you has tattoo or piercing you need to pay additional 30eur for tests. they usually ask that when you call to schedule medical check but they forget sometimes (like with us).

I trust no need to panic, for sure they will contact us if there is any problem that might occur, I think it is in their interest as well to close the case positively as soon as possible.
