hi when did your status changed?mine still in process since nov 17 and I already called cic customer service but they keep on saying that it's on que for printing.i keep on calling them since nov 21,like every week but there's no definite date and definite status.they were just sending me guide on how to apply for travel doc cause I'll be leaving the country on dec 29 but I'm worried I won't be able to apply for it cause I won't be staying in my country for that long and need to travel out of the country and all tickets were booked.if I only knew it would take that long not 19 days I would have done my landing when I get back from my vacation

Hi, yes, I received my card today! I am in Edmonton, and I don't know when it was shipped, but my ecas status turned into complete last Thursday.

I'm waiting for PR card. Meanwhile I have updated my mailing address by using the below link:

The problem is I sill see my old address in my ECAS after a week.
Is it normal?
Do you have any suggestion for me?
