Ur father's 1 million per annum and your bank staemnt are weak i wud advise ot sell some property and put money in thebank and provide sale deeds provong where tht money came from

I will add a 1 year tuition fees payment receipt (almost $12000) to it, is this still weak?
and can you tell me a bank which can grant me a loan just for three to four months( Visa processing time).. and then after getting my visa i will give their money back with their due fees...

i DON'T KNOW ANY SUCH BANK. PAYING THE FEES WILL NOT STRENGTHEN UR CASE AS IT WILL NOT HAVE AN EFFECT ON UR OVERALL FINANCIAL STATUS. COZ SUPPOSE U HAVE 25 LAC RIT NOW AND U PAY 12 LAC FEE, U WILL HAVE LEFT ONLY 12500$, LOOKING AT LIVING TRAVEL ETC THE VO WILL SAY ITS VERY LESS. I WOULD SUGEST YOU SALE SOME PROPERTY AND GET THE MONEY IN UR ACCOUNT, TAKE THE STATEMENT UPTO 40-50 LAC TO MAKE UR CASE STRONG

bro if u have about 35 lac and paid 1 st year fee thn the bnk statemnt is enuf. Wat abt property bro? suppose u r goin for a two year program and ur total fee for 2 years is 34 lac rupees(concordia UNI fee calculator). U then already have paid them first year fee thus remaining is 17 lac. So u hav now 8 lac for accomodation frm the 25 lac and the rest for next year fee, I think that is enuf, thn if u show them some property and fathers employment status that'd be gr8 Insha Allah u'll get visa

college applied: SIAST (Saskatchewan institute of applied science and tech)

Education : BCS and MBA with work experience in marketing field and working on youth upliftment project. still in infancy!

Currently :Not working only volunteering to gain experience in the field.

showing 25 lak

havent paid the fees yet

have property


any chances for visa.

how can i improve chances...

i cannot change the course as this is what i want to do. and want to make my career in the field

and yes. intake is sept 2014. in case of rejection i would need time to reapply so keeping all that in mind whats best time to apply

You have nearly no chances of visa with that course. U already have a bachelors and MBA degree and yet goin for a diploma certificate that too only 1 year. Sure shot refusal, VO will say that course mismatcha nd you will not returnback after studies. Get a UNI Admission in M.Phil level course....

Best time to apply is in MAY 2014 for SEP intake. If all goes smoothly thn u shud recieve visa in june mid-end I.A
I would Highly recommend go for another course and if you want you can change it eve later after getting to Canada and this is totaly legal
