I applied by paper via Karachi. Then linked it to online application and today got an email. I checked and they requested medical. Also on my medical form they made an error stating country of birth as POLAND Dont know what to do, thinking of sending case specific inquiry for that.

Also how long its going to take from here as I have applied for sept intake.

Do you have any family members in Canada? That might have been the reason.

Maybe you can defer your admission to January and apply again with a strong(er) SOP.

Do you have a medical appointment? If not you should get one immediately by emailing canmedpk@iom.int

That can be fixed later I think. You can do your medical exam while they fix it. But maybe you should ask the medical people just to be on the safe side.

Once you do your test it will take 7 to 10 days for them to update your medical status as passed.

I hope it does, Even after passed I dont know how long will they take for passport request and everything. Sept 5 is the date when classes start. I think they are trying to pick up the pace now.

Dont worry and dont loose hope. This is a good thing about applying in Canada that you can re apply even if you got refusal previously. Just get the reasons resolved and apply again in Jan intake. Apply second time increases your chances of aproval.

So sorry to hear about this. Would suggest that you check how you presented the whole case specially the covering letter..maybe get some professional advise and re-apply.
