This is a bit puzzling for me.......this is a very unique case.....CIC won't transfer ur file without providing a PER

Did u apply through a consultant then ur consultant would have recd PER........Since CIC said ur file is transferred to NDVO, u can expect MR in the next few months

Hello friend thankyou for your reply yes i apply through consultant but my consultant also not recieved any per then they sent enquiry to cic then they reply they transfered my file on 4th april 2012 after this we sent enquiry to ndvo then they sent my file no. now my ecas showing my file is in process. i am also waiting for my medical any idea how much time ndvo take after file transfered.

I need big help from seniors here " FOR PCC DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE THEM INDIAN PCC AGAIN, THEY MENTIONED NZ PCC IS NOT ACCEPTABLE BUT THEY ALSO PROVIDED THE FORMAT TO BE SENT TO NZ PCC ISSUING AUTHORITIES. BIG QUESTION HERE I WAS IN CANADA AS WELL I SENT MY PCC OF CANADA WITH MY APPLICATION. DO I HAVE TO GET IT AGAIN FROM CANADA.

they highlight only NZ PCC part but didnt mention bout india and canada. this is what confusing me
