Hello friend thankyou for your reply yes i apply through consultant but my consultant also not recieved any per then they sent enquiry to cic then they reply they transfered my file on 4th april 2012 after this we sent enquiry to ndvo then they sent my file no. now my ecas showing my file is in process. i am also waiting for my medical any idea how much time ndvo take after file transfered.

its better to write your details on the back side if DD, if u haven't there is nothing to worry coz they are not receiving MR/PP at high volume!!
they will click on their system about receiving the rprf and will send it to account/finance department..
don't feel bad but this is a lesson to others

Did you wrote name and app no. On the back of rprf? Is it mandatory ?

I need big help from seniors here " FOR PCC DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE THEM INDIAN PCC AGAIN, THEY MENTIONED NZ PCC IS NOT ACCEPTABLE BUT THEY ALSO PROVIDED THE FORMAT TO BE SENT TO NZ PCC ISSUING AUTHORITIES. BIG QUESTION HERE I WAS IN CANADA AS WELL I SENT MY PCC OF CANADA WITH MY APPLICATION. DO I HAVE TO GET IT AGAIN FROM CANADA.

they highlight only NZ PCC part but didnt mention bout india and canada. this is what confusing me

You have to provide PCC for every country in which ur stay is longer than six months.........be it Canada or anywhere else

Its better to request/apply the new PCC from NZ and u can also send a covering letter to them and tell them to send u a pcc as per the cic standard.it would be much better to attached the cic request for corrected pcc and old pcc along with the request/application

your letter should have your own file number or UCI number....

Dear Friends,
Please advice on my issue.

I got the refusal letter on the basis of JD mismatch along-with Original docs.
My name, address and contact details written on refusal letter was correct.
But the reference they used under the heading of 'Our File' : B0XXXXXXXX was neither my old file number nor my new file number.

What do you think? People those got their refusal letter has different "file number' written on the letter as mine. Or they have their own file number written on the refusal letter??

Kindly guide me for further action? What shoudl I do ??
