Sure I will inform you on my landing process. For those who might want to know, I got my 4th line on ECAS a few hours after receiving PPR.

I found that the line "**My Name** Decision Made" corresponds to my previous PR application that has been rejected three years ago. It has never shown before in the system. I guess it may be a signal that CIC is processing my application....

The current application is still "In Process" and only has two lines.

I just saw the same thing on my profile. It appeared today (Jun 30, 2015)

My name ...... In process (when I opened the link i found.....3rd line Meds received has been added (Med was uploaded by Dr on Jun 24, 2015)
My name.........Decision made, office will contact me soon (when I opened the link I found... "we started processing on June 2013" for "application submitted in May 2013" definitely my previous application).

Of course I have written (to demand decision review and if not possible to refund my funds) to CIC as recent as 3 months ago about that previous application.

They charged me for the application and it never got to Ottawa, it was rejected in Sydney.
Reason? My ref. letter from my prof. contained 40hr/week RA and "they were not convinced I could study and work that much as a full time student"... I'm sure you are familiar with that line back then..

I tried to call CIC to verify but their was busy. Did you find anything out about this issue?

I guess it means CIC is processing the case.... maybe crosschecking all files based on the previous application? - I am not sure.
