I have received medical and RPRF fee but ceas status is still one line that we received you application ....

is it normal ?
u will get the second line soon , no worries, but once u done ur MR that will take several days even more than a month to get the 3rd line

Hello everyone,

Today I used the online system to pay right of permanent residence fee by credit card. After passing all the steps and entering the credit card information, I received the official receipt in my email. There is a table in the receipt named "payer information". In my receipt the only information written is "my name". The field of "date of birth"/ "client ID"/"Address"/ "postal code"/"Area Code"/"Telephone No." are all blank.
Is this normal or is it because I did something wrong?

Hi Everyone! Is it possible to know if a Permanent Resident Visa has been issued before passport is returned from CPC-Ottawa? Thanks

Hi guys,

My wife wants to go back to our home country in June.
Our PR application was submitted at Nov 20, and PER at Feb 10.
Is it possible that we will receive PPR before june?

Could u plz help..... give an estimation of the PPR time for us... based on ur experiences?
Thanks a lot.... and best wishes for all

It seems to depend on couple of time nodes...
1. When CIC will possibly send MR if everything is ok (no doc request) >>>>> 1~1.5 months for late nov applicants?
2. How many days medical results have to be submitted after MR >>>>> one month?
3. How many days between receiving medical results and requesting PP >>>>> about 2 months?
4. How many days PP have to be submitted after PPR >>>>>> 1 or 2 months?

Thanks for ur time on offering help...... : )

No worries. This is the case for everyone and most of us just leave it as is.
I think the name is of the payer, so does not need to be that of the applicant.

Good luck,

I think it might be ok to go back in June.

It usually takes at least one month to get MR and RPRF after PER, and it seems to take longer time ~2 months for some people.
You'll have 30 days to undergo the medical exam and 60 days to submit the RPRF, so you have one month buffer again.
After 3rd line updated, it usually takes ~2 months or more to get PPR and with PPR I guess you'll have more buffer of one month or two.
So I would say you'll probably get PPR after June 10.

Good luck,

It is very unlikely you get your PPR before June. There are many October and even some September applicants waiting for MR. It usually takes at least 2 months to get your PPR after MR.

Thanks for explanations and time of u guys..... much appreciate....

Some applicants didn't send their medical receipt and already got their PPR or landed. But if you want, you can send it by email to cpc-ctd-ottawa@cic.gc.ca.

7th Floor, Section B
Ottawa, Ontario K1A 1L1

E-mail :
CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca
