-I appreciate your respect for someone who's been helpful to you and some others.

First of all please understand the meaning of misrepresentation properly before using it for someone. This is a really really serious thing and we all aware of it. One thing we should keep in mind, if we can not help others at least we should not stop others to that. Pepe is one of the senior and very experienced user in this forum and whenever he is commenting on something that means he didn't just threw the words for some meaningless rating points or compliment.....I strongly believe he understand it very clearly what he is talking about. If we demoralize someone like him who is helping the others even after getting his PR then I m very sure this forum will be completely useless. Please don't take it personally, all I wanted to save a person who is helping others with his knowledge and experience for nothing.

I have a question for you...I submitted my application in November, got PER in February then haven't not heard anything from CPC-Ottawa. Recently I find out I might be eligible for Express Entry as skilled worker. Do you think I should re-apply under Express Entry?

I understand that at some point they will ask me to withdraw the previous application. I am just not sure how much faster Express Entry could be and if it is worth the money and work to get some of the documents updated and reapply.
