Not sure if I am asking a redundant question, but does anybody know if Cap has been reached for 2014 or not?

My friends who got rejected from fsw received a written note on their returned application that said "CAP HAS BEEN REACHED". Did anybody receive such a written thing for PhD Stream?

So frustrated. I am a late late Dec applicant

I am sorry to say that PhD stream cap had been reached till least early December. So I don't think you should be waiting. Consider other choices maybe.

For the last 3 weeks, CPC-Ottawa has not issued any MR or RPRF for PhD stream applicants while they have done this for other FSW applicants! Does anybody have an idea what s going on in CPC-Ottawa?

Hi NB61,

Did you get proof of funds (POF) request along with MR or did you sent POF along with your application. Could you please clarify this.

I did not send POF with 6 month history with my application, but I have not been asked for that after MR either...

It is so frustrating waiting and seeing your colleagues in other NOCs getting MR requests. I have a friend who submitted in Oct 26th in other NOC. When i got my PER, i was the one encouraging and praying with her for PER email. Now she has MR request last week and i am still in the dark with CIC. She really cant believe it, neither can i.
