Actually I filled the profile but I got the response second day saying that the minimum criteria of Express Entry didn't met. There is no explanation so I don't know why i am not eligible to apply.

Does any one have an idea about that or fill the profile for the express entry system ?

Are you living in Quebec ?

In may once the situation is clear they may open something for PhD students (although chances are very less).

yes i have my ECA for foreign master credentials and i am a third year PhD student in Montreal/ Quebec

I am also in Montreal Quebec. You should not mention that your intended province is Quebec
because for that you have to have PEQ/CSQ (provisional nominee). ?

I did not choose quebec, i chose ontario and british coulombia

This is why i am confused. Do you think the reject is due to I am still PhD student. Ive just finished 2 years.
All other criteria are good. I checked them with eligibility check before I fill the profile.

Yes , there was statement under education to indicate if its my current study or a completed one

My English scores are 7.5, 7.5, 6.5, 6.5 (IELTS)

I think you should apply under your PhD masters and mention it is
you completed education.

I sent the Bank Letter from RBC with my application a few months ago, however, due to the personal reasons, I moved to TD banks. So, should I get another Bank Letter from TD and send it to CIC to update my application?

By doing this, is it going to delay my application?

They will ask you for history of transactions for 6months, if u did not submit before... So u need to pullout history from both banks if u get such request.. gud luck..

Do not send additional documents if they did not ask. If they ask for it, them you can think about it. In that time you can send both td and rbc documents.
