Could you and blackrock take a look to see if the due date is exactly 60 days after your medical request dates? It is not the case for pepe84.

The best way of figuring this out is probably some help from previous applicants who received both GCMS notes and PPR. Is there anybody out there who can check if they got their PPR before this "due date"?? help me out here please!

all of these got PPR within 30 days after MR. It means officer opens file before the due date.

but as pepe84 mentioned before, our file are in queue for officer to review. officer must be busy with some other work/applications. as far as info from forum, there are only three officers that can make final decision in phd stream.

You are right. But I assume there must have been applicants (especially 2013 applicants and early 2014 applicants) who did not get their PPR before this due date. If that is true, then this due date doesn't say much about the possible PPR time As you say, the PPR is more dependent on the number of people in the queue which is itself dependent on the time of the year, etc.

I see under your names the list of dates for each stage. I am confused about "app. filed", the one after noc code. Is "app. filed" the date that you got your file number? or the time that your application reached CIO?

Her due date was 30th Jan 2014 and she got PPR much before that- on 9th December 2013.
but my poor confused brain :-[ is not able to understand if the due date is important or not??? explain please.

She got PPR earlier because of the email she sent to CPC-O. I still think the due date is when the VO goes back to check your file. Meanwhile the VO is busy checking other applications sent by CIO.
