Hey vivi .. I called them this morning... got reply from service agent that it is still within regular delay time, 5 weeks, and i have no option other than waiting and they cannot help.

However, after 5 weeks, which is 11 December for me, they can take a look and help to expedite the processing time. So they asked me to call next week, if I do not receive the card.

Hello everyone, I am new here to the forum and really enjoy reading the posts. I need some advice from you:my application reached CIO on November 27, 2014. But in my package I did not include my police check (neither back home or in Canada, I am studying in Canada). I did so because I didn't want to bother my family to get it for me. May I ask when I should get the police check ready so that it will not delay the process?

I dont know your date of application, if they did not return your application, there is a way to update your credit card payment form.

You need to do two things right away,

1) email scanned copy of updated credit card payment form with title urgent,

2) CPC-sydney has a FAX number (I believe it is (902) 270-3561) I got it from a different website, immediately fax filled form with signature and a letter explaining your situation with all personal details, also write uci on top of ur form

3) Immediately post the original copy

You need to do two things right away,

1) email scanned copy of updated credit card payment form with title urgent,

No, just a PhD attestation letter and enrollment services letter. I was afraid of sending transcripts and confusing the Visa Officer with completion of PhD program.

The thing that I do not understand from GCMS is:

There is an activity called: selection! and the status is not started! I am wondering if all of you have this activity? If no, this maybe the reason for the delay of my passport request.

Thanks for explaining darknight1. I however believe that once toy have been asked to go do medicals, you have been found eligible on all counts by everyone. The only that ng that can disqualify you from then on is if you do not supply a requested document or smth goes wrong with security check, etc.

- RPRF
- Medicals

Therefore, you already passed eligibility.

I have a question about posting of physical copy. What should I write on the package ? Any description that this is just a payment form or something like that ?
