Hi Asal,

Did you send using the Xpress Post ? And which address did you send it to ? I sent my passport on the 28th of October and it reached on 29th October. I haven't got the passport back yet.

Can you share your time line as well?

I just sent electronically but the status has not been updated yet. I did my medical Oct 22, I guess it is good idea to send RPRF and medical number via mail.

Has any of you sent RPRF receipt electronically only? I did it electronically and then by regular mail. I did not want to pay extra for express. I wonder if any of you sent it electronically and was successful?

After I sent my RPRF via email, I got the following response:

We have received your email sent to CPCO-Cost-Recovery @ cic.gc.ca<mailto:CPCO-Cost-Recovery @ cic.gc.ca> and we'll update your information shortly. Please do not reply to this message. Replies to this e-mail will not be acknowledged as this email address is exclusively reserved for cost recovery.

Your application is going through the required assessment process and be assured that we dedicate all our efforts to processing the applications as quickly as possible.

do you mean email?

I never sent any medical number by email. Actually I never got any medical number. Do you mean the doctor should send the medical results to Ottawa via de eMedical system? I don't think we can send medical results by ourselves.

I sent it by mail as well but regular mail. I will send another copy by Express when my PCC are ready to be sent. Do you think they may get upset because I sent many copies of RPRF? when it comes to money, I don't think they will get upset :)

I have my theory almost confirmed, I see you applied in Feb 2014 and got the request for sending passport now. It seems Ottawa is giving priority to pre-May applicant whereas post-May applicants will be sitting in the queue for a while :(

Congratulations Asal 2013! :D
