There is nothing wrong in asking friends to load your account provided you can explain the reason for such, I have also seen people who got their PR after that. stop scaring people with that word "illegal".

I agree with pyzdfr, please avoid any kind of illegal thing prior to landing. This may affect your entry to Canada.

Answers below;

1)YES, you do need to send a copy of your study permit.
2) I did not send my T4A and all went OK with my file.
3) Yes, enrollment letter will support your PhD attestation letter and will also help you to gain the 5 points of adaptability.
4) YES, IMPORTANT!!! Although you don't need an ECA report, you do have to send a certified translation of your foreign transcripts. Actually, in my GCMS file the Visa officer made a note saying "ECA Report confirmed and Foreign transcripts reviewed and verified". So make sure you send your foreign transcripts as well.
5) Marriage certificate (certified translation) will suffice.

Regarding your final paragraph, you DO need one year of continuous full time work experience or the equivalent in part time in the primary occupation you state in schedule 3. Please note that if you do not meet this minimum eligibility requirement about your work experience you application will be rejected.

Hi Guys,
I hope to submit my application early next week. I was wondering whether it is necessary to submit the following documents. I would really appreciate your suggestions.

1) study permit
2) T4 documents of last year to show RA income (although I have paystubs from RAship, and reference letter mentions salary)
3) Enrollment letter from the univ (of course I will have to provide letter of attestation)
4) Certificates for Bachelor's/ secondary certificates awarded outside of canada ( I am providing MSc certificates+transcripts awarded inside Canada, I guess no ECA needed)
5) Proof of relation: Any other docs in addition to marriage certificate? (e.g., wedding photos)



Finally, I was wondering when filling up imm0008_3e, if the experience is less than 1560 hours, should I keep it unchecked? My MSc. TA/RA experience is less than that (although I dont need it for eligibility). My current understanding is that I would check 1 year if the hours of experience cross 1560 hours.

Does she work with the imemed system? If so, it takes 3 days only. If she doesn't work electronically, it may take 7 to 10 business days!

at the time of examination, she said she does e-medical. but she also said that it would take 7-10 days for her to upload the results.
i didnt know this before booking the appointment, i forgot to ask her this specific question before booking appointment.

anyways 4 more days for her to finish 7 days, but Tuesday is a holiday. may be on Thursday she uploads the results.

i finished all the things required from my side, now i have to wait until i get the PPR.

Yes, most of them work with e-medical. However, only those with the imemed system will send the results faster (3 days only), because they are able to generate a barcode compatible with CPC-Ottawa system. SO as soon as the doctor upload the results to CPC-O, the CPC officers just have to scan the barcode and update your file with medical received. If your doctor does not work with imemed, they can still send medical results electronically but CIC will have to revise them carefully. All this explanation was given to me yesterday when I took my medical exam with an imemed doctor. By the way, I paid 336 in total for two people, was it expensive?

336 is just a deal !!! I paid 460 for two people and I know some doctors ask for 600 for two people.

LOL, I thought mine was very expensive. Then, guys if any of you is planning to do medicals in Ontario (near Kitchener), I strongly recommend these doctors. They will only charge $336 per couple (including X Ray and blood test) and probably half of that for one single person. See the link below;

Yours is the lowest charge probably.
That doctor ripped me off. I paid 530 for two people.

50$ for X-ray
55$ for lab tests
160$ for Doctor.
so total 265$ per person.

I didnt do much research before booking the appointment as i was excited to see the medical request. that was a mistake then.

It's funny because when I left the doctor's office I was complaining with my spouse of how expensive and simple the exam was. Now, I can't complain anymore, LOL.

I am not sure if other doctors using this system will be as cheap as mine, but I can guarantee that my doctor only charged me $336 for two people!

$40 for X Ray x 2 people = $80 (Cash or credit)
$7.65 for blood test x 2 people = $15.3 (Cash or Credit)
$120 for Doctor x 2 people = $240 (Cash only)

Actually the total was $335.3
