The best bet would be to ask your physician and make sure they've sent the report to CIC. The report then goes through medical department of CIC and you'll have no control over it. In 99% of cases, if physician sends the report, CIC receives it on time.

Regarding your second question, there is ABSOLUTELY no firm answer. There has been people here waiting for over 5 months and I've seen some people who got their PPR in less than two weeks. So, just sit back, relax, and wait.

Thanks pyzdfr,

Today I see that they have updated my file and it is showing that medical received.

I did my medicals on the 20th of October, yet my status has not been updated online. I decided to call the clinic where I did it today and discovered they had not sent it. Thats 2 weeks down the drain. They later called and said they sent it today. My advice is that you call your clinic too. Some folks are just careless! Is it too much for me to rely on a service provider to perform their own part of the deal in a timely manner? smh

Hi unruffledterry, Please let me us know when they update your file......

Wow, your case has been super fast. Congratulation.
Did you use Xpresspost and did you send it to courier address?

Thanks! Yes, I used Xpresspost and sent it to "CPC-Ottawa, PO Box 9780"

My tracker is activated and the passport is already in my city. I will land tonight or tomorrow afternoon at Sarnia (Blue Water Bridge)

Congratulations. You finally got it back.
Which courier did you use? Did they ask you to send photos?

Hello!

My eCAS changed to "Decision made" on Oct 10th, but I've NOT heard or received any email or mail since then. I read some postings here and it seems like people tend to receive their COPR within 1-2weeks after "Decision made". I start to worry about my situation. I sent an email to CIC, but no response. It's been almost a month. Is anyone in the similar situation??

Did anyone undergo medical exam at Dr.Cheryl Anderson at Vancouver? how long does she take usually to upload the results to cic?

Hello guys,

I got an email from cic, you can see below. They asked me to submit the proof of funds. Do I need to maintain $18097.00 for 6 months because they asked me to show six months history or Is it fine to show the balance statement of $19000.00

This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following documents:

· Payment of Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF): You must pay this fee before a permanent resident visa can be issued. The RPRF will be refunded if the application is refused, if you withdraw your application or if you choose not to use your visa. Please follow these steps:

adobe reader should be good. i used it for my application.
Did you face any problem during the validation of generic form? Because it look that every time that I want to save the changes with adobe reader, i have to replace the saved file with new one.

After validation, how did you figure out that it did correctly? Did you see a code or so?
