There's one really weired thing happened when I sent passports to Ottawa. When I tracked my package on Canada Post website, it was successfully delivered, but the signatory name provided was OTTAWA U REFUSED O U REFUSED! I called Canada Post customer service and they said that the signatory name was provided by the recipient. I'm so confused.

I finally got passport request last night after more than 2 years waiting

But the process is slowing down~ when I submitted my application, CIC said 13 months, now 25 months. LOL~

Hi, Does anyone here know how to change your email contact information with CIC? Do I have to send an email with the current email and request to change it to the new one or is there any form that needs to be filled out as change of address. Please suggest. Thanks

I requested changing it by mail when I sent my updated reference letter, but I think even an email would work.
