Congrats to everyone who got medical or RPRF today...

I got RPRF request as well today morning...:-)

Congrats!

I told you this morning that you'll get your Medicals very soon.

Question...is the email for RPRF the whole thing I.e. CPCO-Cost-recovery.CTDO-Recouvrement-frais@cic.gc.ca or is it just the English or French part at CIC.GC.ca

You may pay it online then send them the receipt but you have to hand write your information on it. Anyway, you'll get it today or within few days!

How do I pay it? Do you have the web page?

Good question. the e-mail address I used is the whole thing "CPCO-Cost-recovery.CTDO-Recouvrement-frais @ cic.gc.ca"

Attention: ME result may NOT submitted successfully.

I Got ME request in early Feb. Did ME on March 01. Last week, got another email from CIC saying CIC did not receive my ME result.

I contacted ME physician, she said there was a problem when she submitting, but thought it would be fine (which is not)! She did not notify me! Now she said the e-medical system does not allow her to re-submit. So she re-sent it by email attachment to a contact person at CIC. The physician refused to release the info of this person.

After a few days, my online status still not showing MER.

What should I do? I am really worried and frustrated ... Thank you guys!

Please I have a question.. Do they accept bank statement in one's local currency or does one have to bring it to a Canadian account.

I don't know whether they accept it or not, since I have already got enough money in my Canadian bank account.

Anyways, I think there is no harm to send a bank statement of foreign currency, as long as the money is in your name.

Quick question regarding finger print. Do the police station forward the report to CIC or I have to do something? Also, just to make sure, both me and my wife will have to give finger prints? The email was not explicit. Thanks.

Jubayer

I did mine in a private company that takes your finger print and send it to RCMP. They told me I have the choice to let them send it to Ottawa directly or receive it at my home address and then send by myself. I went with the second choice. Police stations do not provide this service in my city, but probably you will have the same two choices also.

The e-mail should be mentioning the UCI of the persons need to do finger print. Most probably it is for you only, unless they have mentioned the UCI of ur spouse in the e-mail.

Call ur local police services or one of the private companies listed on the website and take an appointment. You should probably receive it in 5 business days after taking ur finger print.

Guys,

After paying the RPRF fee online I filled my information into the pdf file, scanned it and emailed to CPCO-Cost-Recovery @ cic.gc.ca and cc'd to CPC-CTD-Ottawa. Is this enough? Do I have mail them a hard copy as well? Thanks.

Jubayer

e-mail is enough, however if you have to do an RCMP finger print then you can also attach a hard copy from the recipt with the same mail

They accept. I showed money in my bank account back at home.

Congrats to all who got medical request today!

My eCAS was updated today. It says they received my medical results.

Good. I think I need to wait at least for one week before medical shows up on my e-cas. BTW, what e-mail address did u exactly use to send ur RPRF receipt ?
