I had not noted something in my GCMS from last week.

My eligibility assessment is still Feb 18 2014 (haven't hear from them)

but I got something new in this one, in page 3, I got that my paper file location now is FA01772 (it used to be registry back in december) and then I got something call Application Assignment, it was assigned to FA01772 and the due date was March 13 2014... Any idea what is this?

My eligibility assessment due date is 2014-Apr-16 (17 days later than my 'general' due date).

My Application Assignment was also assigned to FA01772 (as of 2014-Jan-09) with a due date of 2014-Mar-30. BTW, FA01772 also updated my file on 2013-Dec-31 (line 4 of page 1). However, my paper file location is A900. ??

I just ordered new GCMS notes on 2014-Apr-01, ... we shall see.

I also submitted (in early March) a second set of updated TA/RA reference letters and documentation for a fourth year of high school teaching. CIO recognized three years of high school teaching, ... again ... see shall see. Yes, redundancy is good!

BTW I called CIC call centre asking if I do a medical exam for application for a work visa if I can use it later for my PR application and they say that it is OK (within one year)

Is the medical exam required for the PGWP? Knowing that I wasn't required to undergo one when I came first to Canada.

I received my GCMS notes which were generated on March 5, my application hasn't been assigned to any officer!

When did you apply? I applied on March 7th, and have not still received it.
Do not worry much about it. Looking at my first Notes, they were generated on March 18, 2012, and my file was not still assigned to the officer that time. However, I was contacted by FA*** on April 2nd, 2012.

No. You live in Canada, been here for some years. No need to undergo that.
